The Forge is an all-inclusive 6 week program designed to give you the fundamental tools needed to begin your experience in a safe, fun manner. Your program will kick off with an in-depth consultation and assessment with one of our qualified coaches. Throughout the 6 weeks you will be integrated into our inclusive, supportive community in our small group training sessions and weekly accountability check ins with your coach.
In our small group setting, our class capacity of 9 allows you to enjoy the motivating and encouraging environment of a group setting while also allowing our coaches to offer the professional attention and detail of one-on-one training.
Our sessions are rooted in traditional strength and conditioning training and the fundamentals of weight lifting. We will guide you through progressive, proven strength training programs utilizing barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and more. Keeping diverse skill levels in consideration, there are progressions and regressions, designed to help you to constantly move forward and reach your goals.

Working with one of our qualified coaches, you will receive extra accountability and an individualized approach towards your fitness and health journey.
